Teriyaki Pepper Steak

I've seen a lot of people on this site who, like me, crave chinese food but can't find healthy alternatives, I figured I'd share what I made for dinner tonight. it's not fancy (because I'm cooking for myself and not concerned about how it looks) but it'll help with cravings and can be altered to suit your tastes!

Ingredients:
Tyson Grilled and Ready Seasoned Steak Strips (you can microwaves them quickly and stick the other serving in the fridge)
Harris Teeter Frozen mixed pepper strips (I'm sure you can find them in other brands too)
HT Traders Teriyaki Sauce
Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Rice (you can substitute for quinoa or noodles or whatever but this was all I had)

Cook all parts and mix it in a bowl with teriyaki sauce. You have to stir it all together so the teriyaki sauce is on everything and not just at the top. All this totaled 400 calories but I'm sure you can lower that if you're determined. I actually needed more calories today so it worked out for me and it's still healthier than the greasy takeout. :D
