B.L.T workouts??

Hey peeps, I was just wondering if any of you have any solutions to the best home workouts for toning problem areas e.g legs, bum and tum?? I'm not one for going to the gym even tho im a member and I also do zumba twice a week. Any ideas would be fab please.

    I strongly suggest that you look into Stronglifts 5x5.

    It is working great for me!

    Definitely a full body workout.

    Stronglifts is good, but if you struggle with the volume (i.e. the number of sets x reps - in Stronglifts it's 5x5) then feel free to switch to 3x5 for the exact same program. You'll basically then be doing Starting Strength's practical programming routine.
