plantar fasciitis

Ya so I put that I am 'lightly active' because i walk a LOT for someone of my size. I am usually on my feet since I don't have to worry about money right now, so i have no office job or anything that makes me sit down most of the day. I am constantly walking or standing do to nervous energy. so much so that I actually have Plantar Fasciitis now. It is caused by flat feet, being too heavy and straining your feet by walking or standing too much on hard surfaces. So i bought some better shoes.. and will begin my stretches tomorrow morning. But is says to rest your foot as one of the main solutions. So my question is this. How do i begin an exercise routine without putting further stress on my foot? and having worse PF? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. ! THX!

I had PF in August, and I could barely even walk or stand. I wouldn't recommend anything that will put impact on the foot. So try something like swimming.
I ended up getting a night splint to wear and that helped heal it ALOT. It still took a long time to heal... about 3 months.
Point being, don't force it or you'll make it worse.0 -
I went to my chiropractor and he fixed it in two sessions. Best £64 I ever spent!0
