Alright so I am a 19 year old male who is 5'10 and I weight around 175 lbs, I want to lose 10 pounds but I don't know how many pounds a week I should aim to lose. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Approximately .25-.5lbs per week would be my advice.

Is your end goal to be as thin as possible, or do you want to add muscle at some point?

I definitely want to add muscle, I actually go to the gym to do strength exercises 4-5 times a week. The only issue is that I grew up overweight and my muscle does not show very well, so I want to slim down and tone up

I would recommend a beginners strength training program; such as Starting Strength, Stronglifts 5x5, Wendler's 5/3/1, etc. Also, since you are already so low, I would suggest eating at a bit above maintenance for awhile while strength training to add some muscle mass before cutting again.
