Not sure how much my daily calorie intake should be?

I used this calculator to determine my calorie intake, and I'm not sure if I understand it completely.

According to the calculator, my calorie maintenance level is around 2469. And in order to lose 1lb a week, it says I'll have to eat 1969 calories daily. But, this calculator isn't factoring in my cardio that I will be doing 5 times a week. So shouldn't the number be lower than 1969? My cardio routine will involve running 30-40 minutes a day, 5 days a week, burning at least 250-300 calories each day. With that said, can somebody please clarify all this information, and help me figure out exactly how much I should be eating per day?Thank you.
