Freezing greens for smoothies- Nutritional Value?

Hi all,
To help with my weight loss efforts, I've been making green smoothies every morning (I make a blender jar full, put it in a thermos, and drink throughout the day). I chop up a bunch of random greens (lettuce, celery, cucumber, etc.) and put it in baggies in the freezer so that I have a nice variety of greens to put in my smoothie.
I was wondering: how long can I leave veggies in the freezer before it loses nutritional value? I'm not doing anything but washing and chopping before freezing my greens. I just want to make sure I'm still getting as much benefit as I can from the greens.
Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
