I am finding that I have become yet another victim in the war on post-menopausal weight gain and "belly fat" (a term I despise). Any women out there have experience getting rid of this kind of extra weight?

Number one: change your mind set. If you feel like a victim it will be very hard to overcome your challenge. Having said that...I will be 50 this year and slowly but surely my belly is shrinking. To achieve this progress over the last few years I started running, I've done some Jillian micheals DVD, completed her body revolution, and am now working on p903x. If you persist you can change that tummy...it may never look as it did when you were 20, but that's ok. I've been on this journey for almost 5 yrs. it's been a very long and slow process compared to some, but that's ok. Good luck.0
