Optimum water consumption

Hi all

MFP tells me I should drink 8 glasses water per day but how many mls in a glass? 200? 250? Please help me keep an accurate record!

    1 Cup = Glass of 1 water. 1 cup = 8 oz. I don't know the ML conversion
