Senna help?

Hi guys! After consulting a GI I found that I can take Senna once a day instead of this Smooth Move tea. My question is, I have used this tea for 5 days everyday and am now switching to just Senna in pill form. The tea had 1080mg of Senna and I am going to switch to a lower dosage because too much is unsafe. For those of you who take Senna for severe constipation, how much do you take to have relief in the morning?
