Hello. I'm 18 years old girl, 165cm/53kg. I'm currently trying to maintain my weight (or maybe drop 1/2 lbs).. So in the week I eat healthy things, mostly fruits, vegetables etc. and I feel great. I'm always within my calorie goal, I workout to note up... but then the weekends are hard. My family cooks amazing meals and I'm home so I have no way to avoid it and end up going over my calories with 600/700 or even 1000 (like yesterday) I also eat various junk like chocolate, cookies, pretzels etc. and on Sunday I feel extremely guilty. This is repeating since Christmas - I didn't gain any weight though, but I'm so scared I will soon. The other thing is that my family worries about me so much, they think I'm too skinny now and that I'm going to make myself sick.

There's nothing wrong with giving yourself a break at the weekends. If you're have vegetables and salad and getting all your vitamins there shouldn't be problem. As long as you keep up your exercise and are consistent throughout the week you'll be fine. If you have an off-day food-wise, just pick yourself up the next day and start again.
I'm the same with my boyfriend, I struggle when I see him which is only a couple of days a week so make sure I'm up to speed and sticking to my allowance the rest of the time.

Eat "good" or "clean" or "healthy" (whatever those words mean to you) 80% of the time. Fit yummy, portion-controlled treats into your maintenance calories. Deprivation can lead to binges.

Prelogging on the weekends might help. That way all your good choices are already made for you.
