Just curious if anyone would like to be friends on fitness pal? A lot of the people i know don't use it and I would like some friends on here to keep me motivated and also I want to have people on here who are trying to loose weight and get healthy as well, I love chatting to exchange recipes, workouts or even just to chat a little. :) thanks! Feel free to add me or I can start some getting to know me posts.

    I could use some friends on here too if anyone is interested. I have one friend, but she doesn't log on too often. I follow paleo as much as possible and beginning to work out. I could use some motivation to keep me going! Thanks, Casey
