I was researching on the forums how to lose weight when you have a herniated disc and I noticed that many people suggested a caloric deficient diet if you can't exercise. I have been told to only walk on a flat surface for 10 to 15 minutes tops. So what do you think is caloric deficient if you are supposed to be eating 1200 calories a day when you can exercise?

I would encourage you to have a look at "Yoga for Regular Guys/Gals" by DDP. He started yoga because he had herniated discs.0
