June 2013 I topped out at 155. For my height, that is the low end range for overweight. I felt terrible having to buy new pants in size 14.

Started exercising and then joined MFP in August 2013. Joining this website allowed me to learn how to eat in a healthy way, giving my body fuel. I went from being exhausted walking around the grocery store to running 5k's with a 9 minute mile. This is the most active and in shape I have EVER been my entire life. :]

It wasn't noticed for the first two months but these past months everyone has been noticing. Mostly good review, some jealous haters, but heck I feel ~better~ and that's what counts. A week ago, I hit my old goal of 125 lbs.

Yesterday, I got back into a size 4 dress.
