injured muscle?

I felt a weird warm sensation doing an overhead chest press a few weeks ago. I backed off my weight considerably but after my three sets my hand on that arm gets tingly/numb. I actually skipped heavy weights the last two weeks because I was lifting very heavy commercial panini presses all day at work. My arm felt sore and now my elbow hurts and my rom is diminished. Is this normal muscle fatigue? And is there an exercise or stretches that would relax the tension?

I would see a doctor.
I'm not a doctor but I'll pretend for a moment: Rest it! When you say that your range of motion is finished I wonder if you did something to your rotator cuff. Also, following advice and speculation like mine from people here is probably not the best way to go either. See a doctor.0 -
Go talk to a doctor. It can be quite difficult to tell the difference among overexertion, a muscle pull, and a tear sometimes. I've had all of these at various times. A good orthopedist is a necessity.0

Loss of ROM 2 weeks after an injury is a pretty solid indicator of needing to get off the internet and consulting with a medical professional0

Best case scenario: pulled muscle.
Worst case scenario: torn tendon in your shoulder that requires surgery.
Trust me on this one. Go to an orthopedist now. If you wait and it is a torn tendon, you will very likely not be able to repair it.
Repeat. GO NOW!0 -
Second all the motions - 2 weeks and still not recovered is not normal!0
