Apparently I joined some time ago and promptly forgot about it.
But since then the 30lbs I had to lose has crept up to 55 and now I've had enough.
Question about the site, does anyone know if you can add foods you regularly eat to a quick add list for meal tracking rather than searching and adding them each time?
Now where did I leave my stepper.....

There are a couple of features that do what you want:
1) You can create meals which you can latter add to your diary
2) You can add recipes. This is nice because it calculates the persevering calories for you.
Ether can be latter added as a single entry in your diary.
Send me a msg if you still have any questions.
