New and need support!

Until age 20, I was toned and my asthma was kept in check by jogging 2km every week. Since moving out for college, being a full time student, and working a desk job, I started to be surprised by how different I looked in photos and how none of my clothes fit me. My asthma has gotten so much worse, and I experience back pain from perpetually being seated at my desk for work and homework. I've tried taking up running again, but it aggravates both my asthma and my back pain. Now I'm 30-40 lbs more than I should be (Jan 2014), and I'm ready to get back in shape!

I think I'd really benefit from support on here. My biggest problem is sticking to my exercise regime for more than two weeks. I'd love it if you added me as your friend!
