When in the day are you at your lowest?

I read a lot on here that you should weigh yourself in the morning after going to the bathroom, preferably.
But I have noticed a pattern since starting in July. My lowest weight is actually in the evening more often than not. I tend to do a bit of a fast, where I dont eat my big meals or any cooked meals until after 9pm. I would of thought that since my water stores are being used up during the night, that morning would be the best time regardless.
Anyone else like me? This morning I was 2lbs heavier than I am now at 9pm. And I've had a few cups of tea, some water and 2 cake bars.

I'm finding I'm at my lowest in the late afternoon, before dinner, instead of in the morning. Odd indeed.0
