Should i be eating my net calories back?

Im trying to gain some weight, im 21, female, 5 foot 10 inches
53kg
2200 calories is what i need to maintain my weight, im active since i work 40 hours in a hospital
I do exercise daily

Question is, should i be eating to get my net calories back up too at least 2000-2200?
Is my diet healthy?

Any advice would be great

Of course, assuming your calories burned via exercise is accurate.

If you're trying to gain weight, keep adding calories weekly until you've reached your desired weight gain rate. Then stay at that intake level until you've gained the weight you desire. Simple.

I don't understand the question. If your maintenance is 2200 calories/day, you need to eat more than 2200 calories/day to gain weight.

I agree that if 2,200 is your maintenance, you will need to eat more than that to gain weight. If you're trying to gain weight, you will need to compensate for the calories you burn exercising by increasing your calorie intake.

Aim to eat 10% surplus if you do not wish to gain a lot of fat. So that would then be 2420 calories.
