Anyone else having issues with Pact?

My food pact hasn't updated since the 21st and I have reached out to them with 3 separate reports though the app and I have tweeted them several times and I have gotten no feedback other than the email they send out automatically stating that your report have been received.

I'm just frustrated and I just want to know if I am the only one with this problem.

  • Definitely not the only one. The reviews online about this app are terrible. Lots of syncing problems and nonexistent customer service.

    Great. I just hope I don't have to shell out $45 to cover the activity that didn't count. I will be highly pissed if it happens.
  • Having the same issues right now. They cost me for last week, and this week hasn't been counted yet either. I've filed a number of complaints with no response. We'll see what happens.

    ....aaaaand I just got F*cked. I have an open trouble ticket and they just charged me for two weeks. GODDAMNED SONS OF *****ES.
