    Just use egg whites and low fat cheese. Won't taste as good though!

    Ditto above. You can also replace some of the cheese with fat free cottage cheese to keep it creamy.

    egg whites, ff cheese, spinach, turkey bacon - yummo!!! I make them in muffin tins and then just heat them up in the mic for a quick lunch.
