Hi guys how are you all!!

I started healthy living from the day before yesterday when I weighed myself and shocked to see i am 129.5 lbs!!! I could feel I was gaining weight for last few months. I gained a big flabby tummy! none of my jeans or dresses fit me any more. whateva i e wear, my tummy pops up as if i am pregnant. My photos come out horrible, face look bloated and rounded. I was blaming my hubby for taking my photos from bad angles:p


I am 28 years old and 5'2''. Now my BMI is 24 which should be around 18. So I started by restricting my diet to 1000 calories and trying to spend 30 minutes jogging a day. I have a sedentary lifestyle, studying all day now as i have a big exam coming up next month.

I am highly motivated and excited. I will check my weight this Sunday, not before that. I am hoping to see a few lbs drop when I stand on the scale this sunday! Hoping for the best! Thanks !!!
