Would it be crazy?

Would it be going waaaay to far if I started keeping a measuring spoon & maybe a measuring cup in my bag? I can order the dressing on the side at a restaurant, but I want to KNOW exactly how much of it I'm putting on the salad (since it's the most calorie dense part of the meal). My husband already thinks I'm weird for measuring/weighing my food at home...I don't want anyone to have me committed. lol

I have brought my food scale to frozen yogurt places before. I brought measuring cups to Thanksgiving dinner. Do what you gotta do.0

Why not just take your own dressing?0

I pre measure my own light dressing at home and put it in a zip lock baggie. Then I bite a tiny hole in the corner of the bag when I get my salad and put it on myself. It isn't crazy, its dedication and smarts!0
