I recently got into yoga and found some great links that I wanted to share with you all.

I'm not a fan of sweat your *kitten* off, feel like you're going to die type of works since I can never get myself to continuously do them for more than a couple of days (ahem Insanity). With yoga, I actually look forward to it!

They have video segments of different yoga sequences that you may like. If you can find their 21 day challenge it is pretty good.
You may try riding a bike or elliptical if you are looking for some low impact exercise options.0 -
I find walking at an incline to be lower impact, yet a good calorie burn. Not an out of breath thing, but sweat soak does indeed happen!
If they ever fix the Freemotion treadmill at my gym, I'll be walking it around 2.2-2.3mph at a 21% incline; otherwise, I'll use one of the standard treadmills at a 15% incline at between 2.5-3.0mph.0
