What are the best supplements to get muscle? Whey or soy is better? and has anyone tried N.O. Fury? and what do testosterone pills do?

Lifting heavy and eating more. Best way to gain muscle. You're 19 man, you can lift and eat without any supplements. I suppose if you really want you can take some whey protein.0

This^
1. Eat. Eat a lot.
2. Lift heavy. If you can lift something more than 12 times, it's too light.
3. You're 19 so assuming you don't have a hormone disorder your testosterone is pretty much maxed out right now. Testosterone "boosters" are almost universally junk anyways. Don't waste your money.
4. N.O. Fury I can't speak about specifically but I'm sure it's mainly a blend of arginine (or some random derivative of it) and caffeine along with a bunch of other xanthine stimulants. Pre workouts help a lot initially but it's primarily just due to the large amounts of caffeine and stimulants in them and it sucks when you build up a tolerance and have to stop using them for a month or two. If you need a boost before your workout just down a cup of black coffee. It's way cheaper and is a natural stimulant without all the artificial sweeteners and snake oil in it.0 -
Most whey protein is FOOD. I don't consider 'whey protein' a supplement. Do you consider cheese a supplement?
Eat. Lift. Sleep. = Muscle.0 -
Protein powder and creatine are two of the most studied that have reliable results. The rest are mostly BS. But FOOD should be your number 1 source.
