I have always had problem with frequent neck & back sprains. If simply massage with more force on my neck, it gets sprained.
I've gotten it checked my times, my overall report is decent. No calcium or vitamin deficiency. Only test pending is Vit D. I eat good but I am generally very tired at the end of day. My feet ache, I generally have mild headache and overall boday ache.
Does anyone else have a similar problem? How do I strengthen myself? Could this be nervous weakness? Any exercise or food recommendation is welcome(I'm a vegetarian).

Im not a doctor but If it was me I would look into core exercises. I dont know how strong you are but it could be that your core is to weak to properly support your spine. Yoga would be a good starting place IMHO. Personally I like YRG "Yoga for regular guys/gals"0
