Heavy lifting question: should I train my problem area more

Ok, so I'm in luv with my body changes since I started heavy lifting. I do a full body routine every other day, my problem area are my shoulders. OMG... they are huge compared to my arms... Since I started lifting, I can see my biceps even without flexing and my whole body esp my but and tighs(I luv dem now). Due to my genetics my arms are still huge though they have reduced compared to my prior heavy lifting measurements.
My question is, should I do more shoulder lifting routines than I am currently doing? So my shoulders will catch up with the rest of my body? Any suggestions?
Cheers

I'm confused, you say your shoulders look huge but then you go on to ask if you should be doing more shoulder exercises?

Your photo doesn't make your arms or your shoulders look huge. You look like an average proportioned female.

Do you mean they are huge due to the fat layer? If so, lifting more for your shoulders won't help. You can't spot reduce fat. I wish you could!

OTOH, if for some reason you think you aren't activating your shoulder muscles enough, you could work on that, sure (imho). Even add in an isolation lift for them if you truly can't get them activated enough in your normal lifts.
  • I read alot that you can't spot reduce, if thats the natural structure of your shoulders, you may have to find the best material and shirt type to minimize them. I can't see a weight change helping as you look at a healthy weight already.....you look great btw
