New to the forums

Hi all!

I've found myself back at MFP as I've regained some weight I lost several years ago. A running injury put me on rest for a bit, and then... Well. Let's just say I fell back into old, unhealthy habits and lost my motivation.

I'm back, I'm committed and I'm ready. Last time I didn't use the forums, this time I am because I've found what awesome information is available here. It's led me to revise my loss estimates and daily calorie goal to what I hope will be sustainable for me.
