I seem to struggle gettin the correct amount of water i need everyday, any idea's x

  • This one is simple. Drink more water! I pretty much drink water throughout the whole day, no matter where I am. If my friends pick me up to go somewhere, I have a water bottle with me. Never leave home without it!

    Add a bit of lemon juice, or sugar free flavoring. I also went to walmart and got a 1liter bottle that I carry with me EVERYWHERE. When it's around I just drink it absentmindedly and I refill whenever possible. It's a habit to develop but now I need my water or I get crazy dehydrated! (or it feels that way anyway) :) Good luck!
  • Cheers guys, i know it may sound silly but sometimes i feel im stood at he tap trying to get my water intake lol, guess il have to try and fit it in to day to day runnings x
  • I suggest having a 32oz drinking container and when ever you feel thirsty reach for that bad boy.

  • I always carry a bottle of water with me where ever I go. I also have one on my nightstand and drink that down first thing in the morning - that's half a litre gone before I even get up. When I am training I always take at least a litre with me xxx

    One suggestion is to drink your h20 when your driving. I can easily drink my whole water bottle in morning dropping the kids off at school and driving to work. A sip here and a sip there adds up and before my work day starts I have already consumed 3 cups of water. I also find that if I fill up my bottle and leave it on my desk I am more likely to drink it. Happy drinking!
