Hi all I did not log my food yesterday, we were out all day and ended up at a birthday party and the food was a buffet nice food and a few :drinker: :blushing: oops! - I just did not know how to log this so missed a day :noway: anyway I'm back on track today folks Just thought I'd be honest and share, Jo

We didn't get fat from birthday parties (or holiday dinner, etc) - just gotta make sure everyday (or alot of days) aren't special days! As long as you keep your attitude (back on track) the worst thing that can happen is it'll slow your weight loss... And really is a couple of days extra to hit your goal really going to matter?0
