I am at loss what to do....
I ve been crash dieting on and off with binge period for the last two years after .
I have now for the last two months, ate clean food with a total intake of 1300 cal per day and little workout (30 min high to moderate intensity) 5/6 days a week.
Every week i ve been adding .3 k and my muscle mass has not increase, only fat.
I am so frustrated and i did not know that was possible.
Does anybody know why and how to reboost my metabolism and how long it will take for my body to work normally!
Please help if you know
