    Goals for the month consist of continuing to eat clean and ensure that I get in workouts 6 days a week with 3 bonus evening workouts per week. In 3 months I should reach my goal weight if not sooner!!!!

    Goals this month: Due to the Superbowl, being sick with a virus, and general lack of motivation, I found myself constantly overeating in the past week, and gaining about 4 pounds... It's been quite a challenge to stay positive and not throw in the towel after months of regular exercising and healthy eating... My family has been into junk foods lately - things like cake and potato chips, and sometimes I was unable to resist and ate it along with them :( But the fact that others are "doing it" is not an excuse for my own behavior.

    So February is a new month, and I have high hopes! Now to mention Valentine's day is coming up, and I want to feel my best for it <3

    I will exercise at least 3 times a week (30-60 min), and stick to my allotted calories, limiting my sugar intake (which has really spiked recently).

    ...So here we go!!!
