Thin & fit body, fat mind

Is it just a female thing? is it the media? I am not sure... How is it that I can weigh 118 lbs and be wearing a size zero pants and yet I feel fat?
It's ridiculous!
For a while I assumed that it would take some time for my 'heavy girl mind' to catch up with my new body but it has been a little over 10 months and I still sometimes feel like the fat girl. It drives me crazy!

We're wired to compete for mating and mating means trying to get the attention of as many prospects as possible. That doesn't happen as much if your competition is perceived to be more desirable than you. Social media, magazines, fashion industry and Hollywood, has put this pressure on females to look a certain way. And many females try to emulate this look.
How do you get past this? Quit comparing yourself to others. Just improve on what you have.
