    I think I'm the only person in the world who is certain that they look awful when planking! I spent most of the time thinking to myself about how messed up I look while doing it.

    I added a plank to My Exercises - I put it under "Strength" I put in the number of reps, how many sets and since according to the definition of a plank was lifting your body weight - I put that in. But I am having a lot of trouble finding the exercises I am doing with my training class in the index of exercises. Does anyone know how to describe kettle bell lifting? :huh:
