I'm returning, trying to stick to my guns. Need friends for accountability. ; )
I'm trying to go Paleo so my food diary will look weird to some...my diary is closed except to friends.

    What's the point of your message - nobody will respond.

    I crossfit, I know what Paleo is, everybody's on some weird diet, there's nothing weird about it.
