Can I use exercise calories for a previous day's count?

I allow myself Sunday's off to eat things I know are bad for me but delicious! I can't face the rest of my life never eating things I enjoy, it's too long a road stretching out and makes me feel I want to give up. So my question is, if I do loads of extra exercise every Monday (which I've done for the last three weeks) can I use the extra calories added to my daily allowance due to the exercise on MFP to 'cancel out' the extra one's eaten on the Sunday, or do they only apply to the day in hand?

As far as I know on your actual diary you'll show as one day over and one day under your calories. But if you have the app, there's a graph to show your weekly goal, so you can use that to make sure that on a weekly basis you're still under your weekly goal.0

Yes, of course. Your body doesn't know what day it is. As long as you have a calorie deficit on average then you should lose fat.0
