In trying to ween myself off sodas last year I got into the sugar free powder packets to give my water a little something. Now that I want to get serious about losing weight I am wondering if these drinks will hinder my progress? Its not as though I drink ten packets per day, more like packet in the morning with 16 oz of water in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Thoughts? Experience with this?

Its fine, a lot of people on myfitnesspal use diet sodas and the like to let themselves have something besides water but not take up their calories.
As long as your not going over your net calories, and you are weight/measuring everything accurately, and your not overestimating calories burned, you will lose the weight.0
