Pasta/Rice (Portion Control)

I eat pasta and rice. I only ate whole wheat pasta and only a 2 ounce serving at a time. I only eat brown rice and I eat 1/2 cup at a time. I eat them several times a week. Remember you can eat anything in moderation. Nothing is off limits.0

Take 56grams, cook it..eat it.. only 200 calories.0 -
I do, but I stick to the serving size or less. I eat bread too, but I'll have a half a sandwich along with soup or salad.0
