Change Goals

Hello everyone,
Don't forget has you lose weight to change your goals. That does not mean to change your ultimate goal or how much you want to lose per week, but the more you lose the less calories you need to eat and the more exercise you need to do to get to that final goal. :drinker:
Also once your there :smokin: you can change your goal to 0 to lose and you will get how much calories and how much exercise you need to stay where you want. :happy:
