Hello Everybody

My name is Chicken and I'm 35 years old. I've struggled with my weight now for about 19 years. Tried it all, now just tired!!! I started doing the low carb thing about 2 weeks ago. Being the emotional eater that I am, I quit about 1 1/2 week into it. Did gain about a lb. or 2 back. I started the SMD on yesterday. It wasn't bad. Thought it would be worse. That's the Scarsdale Medical Diet. Well day 2 on it.

Looking to meet others who struggle like I do. Looking for encouragement. If you are out there, please let me know what keeps you motivated. This site is really helpful!!! Good luck everyone!!!!

    It's always hard at the beginning but DON'T quit; always record your calories and even you overate. Look at those numbers always make me want to continue because I know I can't keep more weight on my body. Learn to love yourself and don't think it is diet but change the way you live your daily life. I wish you all the best!
