I know I'm impatient in general but lately i've been staring at the scale waiting for it to go down.
Now i'm trying to figure out why its not really moving the way i wanted to.
I found the answer - its in the reports!!! I''m giving myself too much leeway in my calories.
if i look back i can see that i was more disciplined in my calories at certain times and guess what! Those were the times i was losing consistently
This is kind of a random post - i just wanted to share with everyone where i found my answer.
Look at your reports!!! They tell the story. Hoping now that i see this i will do a better job.
