Question for any Jawbone UP users about logging exercise

I go to quite a few Zumba fitness classes. Would I count this as cardio or dance? I'm not sure if there would be much of a difference in the calories burned between the two. Another class I do a lot of is Butts and Guts. I think this class would be considered cross training in the UP app but I'm not sure. That class involves using 5 to 8 pound weights, the exercise ball, stretch bands, steppers, squats and that kind of stuff. Any advice would be great.
