As with most here I am again trying to get back on track and stay with it this year. I made it all the way down to 215 pds from 277 pds but this past year went back up to 260 pds. So far I have lost almost 10 pds, and would like to lose another 70 pds. So any motivating and help from ANYONE I would be grateful. Thanks
