I've been trying to become fit and get rid of my fat. But I don't really know how. I eat pretty healthy there are times it's not too great. But it is getting a lot better (slowly but surely). Do you guys have tips to lost fat? Gain muscle? Good exercises to be doing? Machines to use? Etc... Anything that could help

Strength train to preserve muscle while you lose.0 -
If you bite it write it. Lots of H2O. Exercise, exercise and more exercise. Every little bit counts. Good luck.0

Eat less, exercise more.
Logging all of your food is a great thing to do. After a few months you'll have a good idea of the caloric content of foods without looking at the labels.
For exercise, strength train 3 non-consecutive days a week for about 30 minutes. Do basic high weight compound lifts such as the squat, dead lift, bench press, overhead press, etc... and you can mix in good body weight exercises like pull ups, push ups, and dips.
To meet your calorie deficit goals and to strengthen your cardiovascular system, do some cardio on your days off from lifting (running, swimming, cycling, rowing machine, whatever).0 -
Eat at least 1 gram of protein per pound of lean mass (for most women this is about 100 grams). You will feel full longer, you will have more energy and you will retain more muscle.0
