Hi everyone, I have been on and off myfitnessplan for about 2yrs now, I quit smoking 3 yrs ago, and replaced my cigarettes with food, which wasn't a bad thing as I was 30lbs under weight! I then got diagnosed with lupus and had been on and off steroids and very quickly the weight piled on my small frame. I have always enjoyed fitness, last year I completed then London Marathon, but have never been happy with the weight gain.

I only have 3lbs to lose and in the grand scheme of things doesn't seem a lot, but it's been hard to shift, I have lost 5lbs already, I have a personal trainer who I work with once a week and I train myself 2 days a week. I am turning 40 in May and I have bought a dress which is still a bit of a squeeze to get into, but with keeping on top of my diet and my weight resistance and cardio I intend to get into it comfortably, just getting very frustrated with this last couple of pounds.

Cat :) x
