Didn't log this weekend which led to me not being as mindful as to what I was eating on Saturiday and Sunday (we had a get-together with friends and family on Saturday and Sunday we went out for dinner at one of our favorite steak places -- no excuse though)!!!

Anyway, I reeeeeally paid for it during this morning's workout because I felt like I was dying and I was soooo out of breath -- I was sooo irritated with myself while working out!!!

*SIGH, SIGH*
I really need more self-control during the weekends so all my hard work that I've been putting in (my workouts as well as trying to stay under my caloric limit during the week) will not be for nothing!!!!!

Just needed to vent a little.....thanks!!!!

    Eh it happens... I picked Monday as my weigh day so I'd be more likely to stay in control on the weekends. If I didn't, I'd probably overdo it every weekend.
