Tips To Stick To Diet

Does anyone have tips that will help me when I feel like eating what to do instead to take the focus of eating?

    1) make sure you are eating enough and getting a proper balance of nutrients.
    2) create new habits instead of turning to food when you are bored/stressed/sad/celebrating, etc.: instead of heading to the kitchen, turn on an active video game; go for a walk; log in here for support...

    Get down and do pushups until the craving goes away. If it doesn't go away, well hopefully by then, you've burned enough calories doing pushups to go ahead and eat whatever it is you want.





    It doesn't have to be pushups. Just do some kind of movement. :happy:

    Yes, good advice here. If you are truly hungry and not just wanting food, then have a snack. A piece of fruit, a few nuts, granola or protein bar, whatever fits your goals.

    But if you want to eat for any reason other than real hunger, just look for something else to do.

    Drinking water or other low/no calorie drinks might help too.
