TDEE and Exercise Question

So I've spent some time calculating my TDEE based on the IIFYM calculator and a few others and the general result is that my TDEE is 2030 for maintenance.

Now I calculated this based on my current activity level which is 1 hour of cycling 12-14pmh 4-5 times a week (I commute to work, 30 minutes each way). Up until now I have logged this exercise every day since I was using the MFP presets on sedentary (I work a desk job 9-5) and eaten back as many of those calories as I needed too on any given day. Since I have included this exercise in my TDEE calculation would I continue to log it on MFP or only log exercise beyond this or log it but not eat back the calories?

I'm currently working to loose ~5 lbs and/or get my body fat % around 22-25%. Currently at 135lbs, 5'8" with a 28.5" waist, 31" navel and 38" hip. Based on the TDEE calculation I'm adjusting my calories to 1735 for .5lbs loss per week. Does this seem reasonable?

I also do 2-4 hours of archery a week plus a 25-30 mile bike ride twice -three times a month which I did not include in my TDEE calculation because it is less regular. I would assume I continue to log this.

If you are doing TDEE and including that activity in your activity level, then logging it to MFP would be double counting. Most people who do TDEE just log 1 calories or something...I used to just make a note in the comments. The only time I log anything anymore is if I'm training for an event...and then I just keep a spreadsheet, I don't log it here...I just keep a spreadsheet to track time improvements, PRs, etc.

When I do something less regular that I haven't included in my TDEE I pretty much just chalk it up to "bonus" or I have a couple extra beers after a long hike or whatever. It's not that big of a deal if it's not routine.

Correct (see bold text). Sounds like you are doing a hybrid. Many people doing TDEE still log their exercise included in their TDEE as 1 calorie so they can still keep a record of it without it changing their calorie goal (MFP will not let you log an exercise as 0 calories).
