Need to stay on track

Ok so i have a problem, i have one week where i am good 80% of the time and then the next week im awful.
I have a lot on my plate at the moment so im not giving myself a hard time but i just want to try and stay around my calorie allowance most of the week and see results!

Also i think i need more friends on here to kick me when i need it and to see what other eat for snacks etc. anyone up for the challenge?
