I have developed the weirdest habit ever...i have been doing great and have lost 4 lbs (water weight probably) in the last 5 days...but recently I have started drinking this hazelnut coffee creamer. Not coffee, not milk....creamer...I don't sit there and chug or even drink it, just take sips now and then but is this extremely bad for me or is it OK seeing as it is less than I'd have if I put some in a coffee?

If you log it and it fits into your goals for the day then you're fine.
Barring, of course, any medical conditions, allergies, etc.0 -
It depends how you go about it. No, it's not exactly the "healthiest" habit to have, but if you try to be super strict with yourself and never allow good things, you'll be worse off and will probably end up eating even worse foods in worse quantities. What I suggest is measuring out these sips, because while they may only be "sips," and logging can be tedious, it's important to keep track of how those small calories add up.0
