I am obsessed with protein...

Okay so I am trying to lose 10 pounds and have been given a little more than 2000 calories a day to play with, my issue is that I have been given about 120 grams of protein. I eat a lot of protein and was wondering if I go over the limit on MFP will I be harming my body?

    That protein target should be considered a baseline, not a limit.
